Returns and Exchanges

Do you want to return or exchange something? No problem!

You can return any item (excluding items purchase via promotions, special offers or sale items) within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

Simply send us an email at hello@dusttodawn.com.au to discuss. 

Here are our simple rules for return or exchange:

1. You have 14 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to our Warehouse.
2. Item(s) were not On Sale, a special offer or promotion at the time of purchase.
3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. 
4. Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We always recommend using a trackable postal service when returning items to us, in case of the unlikely event we do not receive it.
